This piece is about the struggles of women and reflects on how our vulnerability can essentially put us in a position of feeling “exposed”. Within feeling vulnerable there’s parts of that that feel rewarding and joyous as it reminds us and me specifically that there’s power in being willing to share yourself and your emotions with the world. A lot of us have been conditioned to hide parts of ourselves to appear “stronger” and with growing into myself i’m realizing more and more it’s stronger to be who you are wholeheartedly than to shield parts of yourself to fit a narrative. There’s jubilation in being you.
